Please submit a ticket here
If you are experiencing any issues with your region or server, please submit a ticket here. support requests will be emailed to me and I will attend to them as quickly as I can.
If you have just purchased a new region or server package you MUST submit a ticket with the following information:
Region Name: The name of the region you wish to have created
Water/Flat land: Do you want a flat land or water region?
OAR File: Any specific oar files you want on your region? If you have your own OAR, I will provide a means to send it to me.
Grid: Usually OSGrid for standalone region rentals.

PLEASE NOTE: I will use the e-mail address you provide to tie the purchase with the details you provide here, so make sure you use the same e-mail address.
